Defective Products: We will accept returns on website purchases within 60 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. Non-defective Products: Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund in 60 days, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application. We will not be responsible for the shipping cost ( from factories to customer country), BUT the customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.

My Daughter bought me this beautiful bracelet for Xmas. It came in a lovely pink

pouch. Unfortunately it was broken but the replacement is fine. It's a very pretty

bracelet with some really nice charms on it. It could really do with more charms as it

tends to hang funny, but these can be purchased separately and added on. It fits my

wrist just fine (I've got quite small wrists).
