What is your exchange&return policy?
Defective Products: We will accept returns on website purchases within 60 days after delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement. We will deduct shipping cost (from factories to customers country) if you choose free shippment way. The customer is liable to confirm with Your Charms service team for an advisable shipping method.
Non-defective Products: Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund in 60 days, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application. We will not be responsible for the shipping cost ( from factories to customer country), BUT the customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and taxes caused.
Prior to returning the product, contact Your Charms customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to Your Charms must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach
